- To be knowledgeable in the products and services in order to engage and advise customers professionally.
- To participate actively in all phases of customer journey in their enquiries, order processing, fulfillment and after sales support.
- To attend and manage all customer communication channels in both online and offline mode.
- To strive for excellence in customer satisfaction in every engagement.
- To manage third party marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Carousell.
- To maintain data accuracy and information relevancy in our records.
- Ad hoc projects with other departments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient
- Familiar with Canva Pro
- Familiar with social media channels and online marketplaces
