Epiclean Customer Relationship Intern 工作職責
Responsibilities
- Be well versed with our services and also having a good understanding of the workflow to support the customer journey
- Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries & post sales support.
- Answering call and replying email from customers
- Provide technical support to customers who encounter issues with our services
- Maintain a good customer service level
- Provide assistance to other team members to resolve difficulties and overcome challenges as a team.
- Ad hoc support to other departments when necessary.
Requirements
We are looking for a driven, resourceful, committed, creative and independent individual to join our team for our internship programme! Join a fast-growing SME and have a fruitful, hands-on experience with close mentorship! Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
The successful candidate should have:
- Possess learning and giving attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft, etc)
- Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision Proactive and detail-oriented person
