- Giving informations about products and services related to Conecworld
- Proactive customer relations, giving notifications to Conectizen
- Ensure all Conectizen are registered and have clear objectives with the company
- Ensure that entering and exiting the area must scan the QR code
- Directing / guiding Customer in the registration process
- Ensure that facilities and infrastructure are used properly (coordination with the Director Busines Unit)
- Calling and Persuade user to provide the newest information, events and promotion about Conecworld
- Manage the relationship between Conectizen, potential user and external parly/vendors.
- Becoming brand image of the company.
- Understanding user and Conectizen needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Recording and tracking all the thing inside the companyt
- Bachelor Degree of Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience as a Customer Relations, Telemarketing , or Public Relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in Public Speaking
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
