Customer Relations Executive
Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and sales via phone, e-mail or face to face based on established protocol
· Handle and resolve order issues, customer complaints and Issue incident report if necessary
· Relate the content & goodness of products and advise customers on alternative products when required item is not available
· Handle daily Beauty Concierge Sales & Beauty Advice, skin care routing tips for new or existing clients, using Whatsapp or Email blast to potential customers
· Prepare Product Requisition, Track Sales order and check stock availability
· Collaborate with outets, logistics / production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and work with Accounts team on payments, etc.
· Handle general administration and purchases of items for outlets & HQ office
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
WFH: 9am to 6pm
In Office: 10am to 5pm
50% in office / WFH
