Job description for Customer Operations Admin at Siklus
- Contact customers by Whatsapp, app, or social media to answer queries and broadcast promotions;
- Receiving and process orders;
- Acknowledging and resolve customer complaints and concerns;
- Verifying and process orders, including customers' personal information and payment details;
- Answer to comments and messages on social media;
- Report to associate daily;
- Update stock and delivery schedule everydays.
- Bachelor's degree from any major;
- Excellent in Ms. Excel
- Target-oriented, communicative, and energetic;
- A passion for social and environmental impact;
- Have a personal laptop is a MUST
- Willing to work from office (After PPKM ends)
- 5 days working days. Required to work on weekends, may take two day off within the weekdays.
