Job description for Customer Experience Analyst Supervisor at Porto Indonesia Sejahtera
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Customer and Data Analyst
- Have a skill in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Power Query / Power BI.
- Have prior experience dealing with customers in a manufacturing company (FMGC is a plus)
- Candidate must have a bachelor's or associate's degree in a related field (a bachelor's degree in management or business is preferred).
- Create a strategy for providing a positive brand experience to channels and users.
- Identify problems in business with channel.
- Improve channel business based on data or research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
- Coordination of existing data results with real area situation
