Prosa.ai Customer Engagement 工作職責
- Handle customer queries via live chat, whatsapp, email, or phone.
- Provide information & technical assistance to ensure customer onboarding process goes smoothly.
- Resolve customer problems and escalate to higher level if necessary.
- Create and monitor tickets according to support SLA.
- Write updates of FAQ and knowledge-base as customer support guidelines.
- Upsell premium features or promo package to customers
- 1+ year experience as customer success, support, or helpdesk in IT industry, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS) company
- Max. 28 years old
- Customer-first mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to switch between one issue to another with minimum downtime
- Able to show empathy, patience, and stay calm during conversation with customers
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn about technology
- Experience in ticket management platform i.e. Zendesk, Zoho, Hubspot is a plus
- Continuous Learning about Technology, Business, Leadership & Management
