Job description for Creative Strategist - Indonesia at Getcraft
- Strategy & Creative for New Businesses
- To support the strategy and creative lead in Indonesia to new businesses, where you will work together with our Sales team and VP Strategy to build strategic proposals for prospective Clients. For this, you will be able to leverage the existing creatives in GetCraft network and also work together with the network team to onboard new creatives.
- For regional/global projects, you will be collaborating with Creative Strategists from other markets. 2. Strategy & Creative for Existing Projects/Businesses
- To support the strategy and creative lead to ensure we deliver our strategy/creative projects to a high standard. Here, you will work with the Account Management & Project Management team and provide them with a clear framework on how it should be done (i.e. according to the brand playbook, business objectives, metrics agreed, etc.)
- You will also provide strategy/creative workshops and training for our Clients, with the support from our VP Strategy. 3. Enhance Team’s Marketing Knowledge and Capabilities
- Live, eat, and breathe (digital) marketing strategy, you believe that digital is a big wave and that you’re an avid surfer, enthusiastically riding on it. Ideally, 1 - 3+ years of experience in marketing/digital marketing or agency environment.
- An insisted challenger. You have the guts to challenge everything, even the most settled ones. You keep questioning the metric and method and always try to come up with a better way to do things. Rebel at heart but a slick negotiator on the surface.
- You are a people person. Though you are comfortable to work alone, you enjoy the team interaction and always make yourself available whenever others are in need.
- You are a creative director with a razor-sharp left brain, OR a strategy director with a psychedelic right brain, either way, prove your skill and passion through your published/unpublished works.
- Experienced in running creative pitches for Clients and creating marketing communication plans
- Experiences in leading and running trainings and workshops with Clients and Agencies
- Avid consumer of all media types and interested in coming up with big ideas across platforms.
