Job description for Creative Director at JVS Group Indonesia
- Lead the Creative team consist of Designer, Copywriter, Social Media specialist
- Plan and execute all marketing Content
- Build a brand from scratch and plan the movement of the brand both offline and online
- Contributing to marketing strategy, ensuring clear communication of priorities and inspiring continual innovation
- Responsible for the organization and management of content production, from creative submission to post-production
- Coordinate and facilitate the organization of creative teams to manage production, and carry out translation of creative directions for content production
- Make sure that all campaigns and launches fully leverage the digital channel
- Represent brand channel in strategic planning for all marketing and merchandise launches and ensure flawless execution of all site content, promotions, customer messaging and holiday/seasonal launches
- Identify and sustain effective relationships with Influencer.

- Knowledge of Creative Marketing industry standards and processes
- Entrepreneurial and energetic leadership skills
- Exceptional strategic and metrics-driven analytical skills at micro and macro levels
- Strong creative and strategic instincts
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate in efficient compelling manner
- Strong operational leadership skills and ability to drive decisions, move work forward and ensure highest quality deliverables
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills; ability to present complicated material in a concise and effective way
- Good reading, written and verbal language skills (Indonesian & English)
