工作內容
- This role reports directly to the Head of Viamove
- Work directly with the stakeholders to build the ViaMove business
- Responsible for managing all business performance and operations within Indonesia. This involves taking P&L responsibility as well as meeting country-level growth metrics set by senior leadership
- Take responsibility for operational execution & logistics
- Lead operations and grow our team
- Manage existing partnerships and supervise delivery processes
- Improvement of business operations (e.g. deliveries testing, fulfillment)
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
Requirements
- Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experienced in B2C, B2B and platform business models, strong operational experience.
- Succinct, persuasive and clear communicator -- you are highly capable of influencing and driving decisions with an analytical approach.
- Your communication skills will be exceptional with proven ability to coach, support and inspire a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, hands on and able to work autonomously if required
