Requirements:
- Age max. 27 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance or other related major from a reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3,50 is required.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Previous experience in corporate finance from a big4 accounting firm or a venture capital firm would be an advantage.
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation is a must.
- Enjoy working with numbers and have strong analytical skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Providing financial services and advice related to corporate actions such as M&A, investment opportunities, IPO, etc.
- Developing financial model and valuation analysis.
- Using financial model to predict outcomes.
- Conducting a market and industry analysis (due diligence).
