Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional Community Manager Intern (immediate vacancy) to grow the YoRipe Creator Community; bringing together home cooks through the joy of sharing.
Objectives & Responsibilities
· Community success: ensures high engagement of YoRipe Creators – sharing of recipes, cooking and giving feedback to other home cooks
· Lead initiatives to improve Creator’s sense of belonging and their participation in the YoRipe community
· Source and onboard new Creators
· Support community event operations
Requirements Overview:
- Interest in cooking and baking!
- Strong communication skills – enjoys listening and discovering about others, empathetic, able to summarize and express thoughts clearly
- Obsessed about building relationships – values social connections
- Highly organized and able to execute from A to Z
- Excited to work in a startup environment where growth goals and stress level are high
- Independent thinker, fast learner, curious, resourceful, diligent and adaptive
- Min. 3 months of availability
