1. Bachelor degree in Communication (Advertising, Marketing Communication) or relevant field
2. Minimum 3+ years of working relevant experience as content marketer or content creator and as social media specialist/strategis
3. Having experience to handle Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc
4. Having solid knowledge in social media analytics is a plus (socialbakers, g-trend, socialblade, etc)
5. Understand each “native language”and “nature” or “communication pace” of Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
6. Having experience handle Webinar and execute the plan of webinar
7. Familiar with the expression method of Internet product copywriting
8. Have good product value extraction and expression skills
9. Execellent in copywriting
10. Familiarity with online marketing campaigns
11. Understanding using Canva/PSD, Basic Video Editing and Video Production
12. Familiar with video production aspects such as: lighting, props, videography & photography and etc
13. Creativity, independent, trend riding, ability to work in a team, dynamic and fun
14. Fluent in English (Writing & Reading), Mandarin is a plus
1. Planning and execute the content for Digital Marketing side including Social Media (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc) and the communication strategy and creative angle
2. Being involved in the end to end production processes of content and also (if needed) includes being the talent of the content
3. Contributing to creative ideas for monthly activations and contents of Social Media
4. Create advertising texts for Social Media posting
5. Handle Webinar in end to end process
6. Preparing KOL brief, approving KOL contents to reporting the final result of the campaign
7. Responsible for daily operations (posting, caption creation and post monitoring) of managing social media
8. Analyzing the post-campaign results and recommending refinements
9. Assessing the impact and suitability of different social media used to target certain markets based on company needs and wants
10. Developing varios option for Media plans based on the company objective
11. Interacting with internal and exernal partners to evaluate, implement and maintain a Social Media plan
