Requirements:
- Student in the field of Communications, DKV, or a closely related field.
- Ability to turn knowledge/information into compelling, engaging, and powerful content through various mediums.
- Passionate about reading and curating various resources (books, articles, videos, etc).
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding Meta ads and tiktok ads manager.
- Eager to learn about building company culture & employer branding.
- Independent learner who is proactive.
- Have sharp eyes for details, self-discipline, and a can-do attitude.
- Willing to work from the office at Greenlake Cipondoh Tangerang (hybrid)
- Able to commit to a six-month or more full-time internship program starting from October 2023
Job Description:
- Responsible for Content Production & Post-Production (Video Shooting, Editing, Etc.
- Doing research and the latest trends to come up with relevant and interesting content ideas.
- Editing content that has been created, ensuring clarity, stylistic suitability, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimizing content to increase visibility and search through the use of basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content that has been published, as well as make reports on results and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and the latest competition in digital content.
