Online Retail Indonesia Content and Marketing Specialist 工作職責
- Manage all social media and e-commerce channels on a daily basis
- Plan and produce online content and creative copywriting for brand’s social media (i.e. Instagram, tik tok) and e-commerce channels.
- Manage and strategize branding and campaign strategies to build brand’s online presence
- Set up and strategize cross channel marketing funnel and strategies
- Communicate with customers and followers to gather feedback and optimize marketing plan.
- Research and monitor current trends, the company’s brand image and sentiment, prospective target audience and competitors.
- Collect and maintain proprietary database for analysis and marketing plan development.
- Provide analysis on marketing/campaign initiatives performance to optimize for future initiatives.
- Discuss findings with other divisions to create attractive promotion and marketing plan.
- Responsible for ad hoc projects.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Diploma’s degree in any major.
- Knowledge and experience in brand management, campaign planning, content creation and graphic design will be a huge plus point.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English will be a plus point.
- Fluent with graphic design, photo and video editing software.
- Comfortable with being in front of camera.
- Experience and knowledge in digital marketing (paid ads, influencer marketing) will be preferred.
- Familiar and interested in fashion and home and living industry.
- Willing to learn and enjoy dynamic working environment.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and team player.
- Effective in time management and plan execution.
- Able to balance creative and analytical thinking.
