Job Descriptions:
•Keep up to date with, and understand all regulations (BI, PPATK, OJK, and other), and relevant laws
•Ensure KYC/AML practices which are in compliance with regulatory and Company requirements, which include liaising with regulator/PPATK identifying gap/issues, proposing solution as well preparing internal reporting
•Lead efforts to create and manage company policies to support implementation of regulation
•Review all business and operational to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
•Interfacing with regulatory party and represent the company in the association
•Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope
•Support all Legal requirement / agreement / NDA / related to company partnership
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Legal Management
•Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in the related field
•Familiar with Bank Indonesia and OJK, and other regulatory related to Payment Industry
•Experience working in the government or Payment industry is a plus
