Job Description:
- Responsible for set-up and monitor online & offline community of customers and partners
- Foster meaningful relationship with community members and esuring inclusive enviromen
- Identify and recruit suitable affiliate or partners to expand our community & partnership
- Collect & analyze data related to community engagement and trx through affiliate markering & partnership
- Maintaining communty & partnership by canvassing, researching and conducting the needs of community needs in all city around Indonesia
- Collaborating with many divisions, espcially marketing & hunter to promote products and encourage user to upsell JALA Solution
- Prepare regular report on the performance of community initiatives and affiliate or partnership program
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year job experience as community assosite/specialist or above
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Fluent both in English and Bahasa
- Strong community-building skills
- Ability to think analytically, understand metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Experienced in Aquaculture Industry will be added point
