- Experience in executing events
- Will be a plus if have experience in managing digital or tech events
- Comfortable to speak in a group or build a conversation with new Hubbers (talents hired by clients)
- Able to speak up about any idea or feedback
- Able to manage and track data and create decisions based on the data
- Have experience in building community in the prior workplace
- Able to catch up with the fast pace in start-up and flexible with changes
