Job description for Community and Partnership Lead at lingkaran
- Min. 4 years of proven work experience as a Community and Partnership Lead or similar role.
- Have a degree, preferably but not limited in Business, Marketing, Public Relation, Communication, or related field
- Have proven experience in community building, community management, and community development.
- Experience launching community and partnership initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- You are adept at managing social media and other community platforms, such as discord, telegram, etc.
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community and partnership metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, engagement rate, partnership impact result, etc.)
- Already have a strong network and close relationships with existing communities and potential partners related to education, social innovation, youth development, or other related issues.
- A people person, able to empathize, have strong interpersonal skills, communication, and can build rapport and relationships with others easily (priority for DISC type I).
- The capacity to lead and work as part of a team
- Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative and innovative, possess good project management skills, and able to multitask to lead several communities and partnership projects or events simultaneously
- Responsible to search, lead, evaluate, and maintain relationship with learners, community ambassadors, mentors, partners, and any other stakeholders that can help to build the community around the program and the brand
- Responsible to develop partnership strategy, ecosystem & network mapping, and dealing high quality partnerships
- Building, managing, and developing community partnerships.
- Analyzes research findings and identifies partnership and activation concepts that align with the brand, support partners’ marketing objectives and drive business results. Through strategic planning, assessment, and develop activation efforts and platforms.
- Developing community and partnership management and engagement strategy for mentors, partners, learners and community ambassadors
- Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
- Develop creative solutions with partners to maximize return on investment for both parties while simultaneously increasing exposure opportunities
- Participating in events to build community and partnership and also boost brand awareness
- Creating content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for community platform
- Monitoring and optimising community and partnership engagement levels
- Work collaboratively across internal departments and stakeholders for partner approvals and alignment of activation programs and initiatives.
- Lead and manage internal team to support community and partnership strategy and programs
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology, education, and community trends
