Job description for Community and Partnership Head at Tentang Anak
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and businesses.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the organization's goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commerce,and product development, to ensure alignment on partnership goals.
- Develop and manage community engagement and acquisition initiatives to drive transaction to Tentang Anak commerce and apps
- Oversee the management of community events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
- Manage a medium-sized team of community engagement and partnership coordinators.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of successful community engagement and partnership building.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience working with government agencies and various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful partnership strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
