Wellspaces Group is looking for Community & Operations Lead position to Manage the team and locations and also maintain day-to-day operations in the office. Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree from any reputable university.
- Having minimum 2 years experience working in coworking space or property management.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is a must.
- Able to operate with Google tools (drive, docs, xlxs, ppt, calendar, etc).
- Familiar and able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with Internet system.
- Having strong leadership is a must.
- Having design skills is a plus.
- Domicile around South Jakarta is a plus.
- Familiar with procurement & inventory management.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day associate & ops teams in all Wellspaces locations.
- Building relationships with tenants/members.
- Assist associate team to create an event for the tenant/members in the office.
- Operate & control an administrative in all locations.
- Create & improve SOP in all locations.
- Create monthly property report for all locations.
