- Work closely with Account Manager and developer team to successfully onboard new clients; lead the implementation campaign through training and presentation
- Support and resolve on Campaign product related issues, interfacing between the client and internal teams
- Making sure and learn client needs and requirements, make plans to their expectations
- Build a excellent service to the client to help support repeat business
- Ensure to meet client satisfaction

- 2-4 years of work experience in client success, business intelligence, consulting, project management, product marketing or equivalent role
- Experience in project management skills, great multi-tasker who gets things done
- Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Experience working with the staff at multiple levels, including senior management, is a plus
