Job description for Client Success Manager (Fashion) at Omnilytics
As an Omnilytics’ Client Success Manager, you will contribute to customer success initiatives, keep the company focused on outcomes that help our clients be successful and play a central role in directing the future of the product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive retention, growth, and satisfaction amongst our clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed with Omnilytics.
- Serve as the primary owner for onboarding of assigned clients, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support.
- Maintain a cadence of communication with clients about their adoption trends, sentiments and finding opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Represent the voice of the customer in providing feedback to inform Product, Marketing and Sales and Engineering team.
- Identify opportunities for clients to act as Omnilytics advocates (eg: testimonials, case studies).
- Identify opportunities to up-sell additional solutions to our clients, and collaborating with the appropriate colleagues to develop and win those opportunities.

Requirements
- Track record or a degree in the field of Customer Experience, Fashion Buying and/or Merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable using PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
- Engaging storyteller and communicator who is able to craft a compelling user journey narrative for different user audiences.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
- Genuine interest and belief in using data analytics to help our clients reach their goals.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
