Job description for Client Success Associate (Batam Placement) at Glints
- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers at the assigned accounts
- Work closely with Account Manager team to achieve and maintain Net Promoter Score target from Glints TalentHub employees.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for hubbers (Glints outsourcing employee) and ensure that it matches Glints’ optimal standard
- Continuous interaction with the Talent hired by the customers with us to make sure they are skilled and comfortable in their job role

- Proven work experience in a client facing role
