Job description for Chuyên Viên Marketing And Branding at Teaology
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for brands under TOVN company
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness for the brands and its competitors in the market
- Execute, evaluate and review marketing campaigns: social campaigns or advertising campaigns for brands under the company
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Lead external partners, agencies, organizations when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget under the KPI target by managers
- Coordinating with designers and other team members to achieve the goal of marketing and branding camgaigns or strategies
- Write content for blog posts, newsletters, webpages, and brochures, all online and offline marketing channels at a weekly and monthly proposed timeline approved by managers, ensuring to deliver a standard of brand identity and technical SEO features etc
- Plan, execute, measure, report all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (instagram, tiktok, fanpage etc) and display advertising campaigns
- Develop the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
- Lead innovation / activation projects deployment and the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan
- Fully responsible of organising events such as product launches, photo shoots, community events online or offline etc
- Plan, excecute, measure and report all branding activities before - during - after the activity
- Work closely with team members or partners to execute flawless brand experiences across all touch points through all channels
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management with companies, brands, agencies, clients who are align with brand growth and brand identity in order to build a sustainable ecosystem to the brands under the company
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Branding or any equivalent degree such as Business Administration, Business Analysis etc
- At least 1-2 years experience in marketing/brand and FMCG-related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written skils and design skills
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- An eye for detail, creativity, commercial awareness and business acumen
- Analytical, data driven and strategic thinking
- Drive and self-motivation
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- The ability to work well under pressure and work multi-tasking
- Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends); working knowledge of Wix, Wordpress, etc; Facebook, Google ad managers
- Fluency in English is a must, knowing Norwegian or Vietnamese is a plus
- Knowledge in Food and beverage (FMCG) industry is a bonus
- You work in a structured and analytical way and you are a curious problem solver
- You work well independently, are pragmatic when needed, and enjoy a dynamic everyday life where priorities and needs change
- You are a team player and enjoy meeting new people and build new relations

- You'll usually be location of stores-based or office-based. Also you will attend meetings with clients, partner organisations and suppliers, as well as a range of events. You may be expected to socialise with stakeholders and retail clients or wholesale clients to build and develop relationships.
- Working hours are generally 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work some evenings or weekends when organising or attending events, or etc
