Description:
• Arrange the schedule of your cleaners
• Take new cleaning jobs for your cleaning team
• Handle problems with difficult cleaners, and where necessary, offboard cleaners who are not performing or who are unreliable
• Resolve escalated client issues brought up to operations by Customer Service
• Work with the sales department to provide operational input on large tender quotations
• Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfil cleaning contracts in your sector
• Work with the department head to improve work processes and grow the business
Requirements:
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, because need to deal with Chinese speaking candidates and clients
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer oriented
• Organised, responsive and resourceful
• PC literate
• Team player, good problem solving and decision making skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (9am to 7pm)
