Job Description
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes through the development of a program of continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding and developing standards and controls to align with the Company’s
- Collaborate to develop and implement our growth strategies and risk financial
- Implementing and monitoring the progress of the development project to ensure the smooth running of business and compliance within the company.
- Identify, evaluate systems, and functionality to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience with related role or responsibility
- Experienced working at Public Accounting Firm will be a plus
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 from a reputable university
- Interest in the analytical process and business risk issue
- Fluently in English language (oral and written)
- Self-starter and able to work with minimum Supervision
- Have good critical thinking and detail-oriented is a must
