LingoTalk, an emerging Edutech startup in Indonesia, is on a mission to redefine language education. We aim to be the go-to platform for Indonesians seeking to boost their confidence in speaking new languages.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Business English Tutor to contribute to our innovative language learning approach. As a Business English Tutor at LingoTalk, you'll:
- Conduct engaging in-class sessions twice a week (1.5 hours each) for theoretical learning, quizzes, pre-tests, and post-tests.
- Lead monthly casual English classes on weekends, fostering social interaction and flexible language practice.
- Provide tailored 1-on-1 coaching sessions during working hours for presentation skills, business writing, and more.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates should have:
- A degree in English Education, Business, or related fields.
- Ability to teach onsite in Tanjung Redeb, Berau, East Kalimantan.
- Prior experience teaching Business English or standard ESL, preferably with a focus on Business English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a tech-savvy approach.
- English proficiency certification (IELTS/BEC/CELTA/TEFL/TESOL, etc.) is advantageous.
Program Details:
- Formal In-Class: Twice a week, after office hours.
- Casual English Class: Monthly sessions on weekends.
- 1-on-1 English Clinic: Available during working hours.
Program Duration:
The program spans 6 months, starting in the 2nd week of December 2023.
