Responsibilities:
1. Drive company business and growth agenda through the pro-active identification, assessment, pursuit and win of new sales opportunities
2. Develop sales performance metrics based on organization service prices and cost structure approach
3. Develop vertical business plans to grow the markets
4. Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty
5. Engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs
6. Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 years experience as a supervisor transportation/logistics/forwarding industry.
2. Experience in trucking trailer operational or wingbox at least minimal 3 years
3. Comprehend and experienced in handling trucking/trailer at ports/container depots/cities.
4. Comprehend in sea freight, air freight, warehouse
5. Comprehend in export, import and customs
6. Usually doing presentation
7. Having a connection with Logistics partner all over Indonesia.
8. Have strong knowledge in Trucking Operations and Freight Forwarding
