- Manage the entire market account portfolio from a business perspective and is responsible for growing revenue from the existing client portfolio
- Drive the client services vision & mission in the market
- Work with the team to provide an optimal experience for clients
- Work with clients to understand business goals and develop strategies
- Articulate the vision for the organization
- Aspire team to inspire creative expert understanding of the Client’s business and market environment.
- Based on business and industry knowledge, bring forward and identify new initiatives and opportunities.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in a client service role in an agency/ATL, especially in Digital
- Must have previous experience leading integrated campaigns and teams
- Solid understanding of Agency and creative process
- You are comfortable presenting everything from campaign strategy, execution, performance, analysis of results, and commercial negotiations to clients.
- Ability to keep composure in high-stress situations
- Data: You understand how to read, interpret and articulate the meaning of data sets as related to digital marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Project Management: You have managed projects and are able to pull together resources to get things done.
