Qualification :
- have 3 years experience as sales / business development ( point plus if experience in HRIS or HR industry
- bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications, or related filed
- proven ability to meet and exceed sales qoutas
- high level of understanding in sales pipeline
- excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- analytical detail-oriented and results focused
- desire to drive results and improve every day
Jobdesk :
- meet and /or exceed quotas
- make cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up or preempt your email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to calling, giving demos, & closing
- use of strong selling and influence skills to set up qualified appointments
- track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly - maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospec
- use of strong selling and influencing skills to develop relationship with prospec and customer
