- Leads potential client or project Including but not limited to the sponsorship plan, prospect lists, and unique pitch components, strategies, and draft activation plans.
- Responsible for generating Project Quotation.
- Responsible for leading pitching process & collaborate with internal team to create proposal deck.
- Responsible for searching or creating new opportunities to expand source of revenue
- Responsible for negotiation with clients.
- Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event timelines and sponsorship deadlines.
- Manage sales pipeline through Customer Relation Management
- Responsible for providing required documents to close the deals such as Contract / Exhibit
- Passion in the gaming and esports industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 (two) years experience as a sales person/ business development/ account executive. Sales experience in esports / sport industry, sponsorship, agency, event handling, esport team is preferred.
- Proven of sales record, client acquiring and maintaining client relationship.
- Curious and able to understand client requirements, have good negotiation and persuasive skills
- Able to communicate both verbal and written in English is a MUST, additional Chinese language will be a plus.
- Able to conduct research on gaming market and related industry trends will be a plus.
