Zumvet is a new digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered in Singapore. Our primarily service offerings include teleconsults and medication delivery.
We are looking for a driven Business Development manager to deliver on the ZumVet growth plan. The role will be accountable for formulating the company’s sales strategy, engaging external stakeholders and originating new leads.
We are looking for enthusiastic and methodical individuals to join our team. You should have a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and drive – problem solvers, not just problem identifiers, will thrive.
This role is anchored on a good understanding of ZumVet USPs, and revolves around good communications with all our stakeholders.
Working closely with senior management, you will:
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Plan and prepare presentations
· Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
· Provide senior management with market feedback
Candidates with a working familiarity of healthcare and sales will have an advantage.
