This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven salesperson looking to join a fun, creative, and results-focused team, developing partnerships with and growing revenue from, the largest players in our market. The right candidate should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and hands-on environment. Our Business Development Manager will be focused primarily on building new business opportunities amongst fast-growth companies for multiple products and services. Selling Magnus Digital Indonesia marketing solutions, we are seeking applicants that have a strong background in B2B marketing solutions sales, who can educate and inspire clients to see the benefits of working with us.
- Proactively finding new opportunities across your targets
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Face-to-face and remote presentations to prospects
- Managing the end-to-end sales process – from pitch to trial to close
- A curious mindset to uncover consultancy briefs
- Desire to learn the full consultative sales cycle
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with target
- Monitor, track performance, report metrics and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations with potential clients and partners such as media vendors
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and technology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agency
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or marketing and sales
- Successful track record in B2B sales, negotiation and presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Working experience with sales techniques and successful case in selling to IT, Digital, and Marketing Enterprise Companies
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
