Job description & responsibilities
1. Generate new business opportunities to pitch our company and grow our client pipeline via various channels
2. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify business prospects
3. Perform opportunity-based activities such as
i. account profiling & prospecting;
iii. identifying clients’ challenges, concerns or business potential;
iv. tailoring business proposals to clients;
v. negotiating with clients;
vi. closing the agreement with clients
4. Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients and create channel partnerships
5. Keep abreast of the market trends and take part in business planning and execution
6. A strong focus on clients and sales target matrix
7. Ability to create business model and understand pricing strategy
1. 4-5 years of sales experience in tech-related areas, especially in B2B space
2. Prefer someone with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries;
3. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business development (from opportunity to prospect and deal closure) with proven record in successfully achieving sales target;
4. Comfortable conducting presentations to all levels within an organization;
5. Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and willing to hit the ground to achieve your targets (make cold calls, attend networking, etc);
6. Required skills: Communication, Articulate, Sales and Partner Management;
7. Be able to excel under pressure to hit sales targets;
8. Moderate traveling (20% to 30%)
