Job Summary:
Responsible for finding and retaining Existing and New potential partners and encouraging extant partners to have mutual collaboration.
Job Description:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Procuring new partners through direct contact to collaborate beneficial Campaign
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective partners
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing partners to ensure that they are retained
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from partners
- Negotiating with partners to secure Spaces in High End Social Events
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business / Sales Marketing with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Proven working experience as a business development supervisor, sales executive or a relevant role for 3 years
- Minimum 3 year experience in retail (watch, jewelry, or other luxury goods) business is a plus
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Good Leadership
