Perqara Business Development Intern 工作職責
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter, and go-getter Business Development Intern to help drive and grow our business. You will support the end-to-end business process, identifying potential clients, as well as supporting partners. You will work with various departments and report to the Business Development Lead.
Responsibilities:
• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Executing business strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing BI data to inform or update marketing team.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients based on BD Lead’s request.
• Providing support for partners, especially during the onboarding process
• Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies (such as product team and marketing team)
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business management, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Friendly and personable demeanour.
• A business-mind person, energetic, self-starter, and fast learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Available for at least 3 months (longer are preferred) - able to start immediately
