Advotics Business Development Executive 工作職責
Key responsibilities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close the deals
- Develop and track sales pipeline, KPIs, and reporting, to achieve sales target
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay into a right use case to be discussed with prospects
- Prepare professional and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation, as required
- Continuously drive process and operational improvements together with other sales team
- Coordinate with other sales reps and sales leader to ensure company quotas and standards are being met
- Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in B2B Sales, preferable in the SaaS/FMCG company
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and also in a team
- Excellent consultative, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and maintain professional relationship with senior executives and SMB Business Owner level
- Proven experience in delivering results based on performance target
- Good knowledge of sales, service, and administrative functions
- Have a creative, persuasive and entrepreneurial skill
