Job description for Business Development & Operations Intern at Kinobi
- Actively monitoring internal metrics and ROI-related data to track and review strategic performance across products, geographies and personnel
- Leading the management of the Coach Marketplace across our 6 countries of Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Thailand & Australia (and expanding)
- Conducting & reviewing backend administrative processes of tracking the Marketplace
- Managing all Coaches on Kinobi's platform from 6 different countries
- Support the ongoing operations of the business by tracking and forecasting progress against OKRs and programme plans
- Managing Kinobi’s products - Video Curriculum, Masterclass, Career Portal
- Responding to member feedback and member queries in a timely manner
- Being responsible for being the bridge between the Kinobi team, it’s Members and it’s Coaches (i.e. updating members on latest events, asking members for feedback)
- Involving yourself in some level of grunt work (we’re a start-up!)
- Have strong previous 1-2 year of full-time (or 2-3 internship experiences) in a fast-paced VUCA environment (e.g. other startups)
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Are ambitious, hungry to learn and ready to work hard
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Have a proactive approach to work
- Are a thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
- Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
