Job description for Branding and Digital Marketing Executive at Lexagle
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Branding and Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing and refining the brand mission of various digital products under the Lexagle group of companies including the development and design of a new brand for a web platform to be launched in Singapore. You will also be responsible also for managing and executing marketing and communications for the Lexagle group on an ongoing basis.

Specific Responsibilities:
· Craft the Lexagle brand’s strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
· Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, annual planning, promotion, positioning, pricing, and market research.
· Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection.
· Develop, plan, execute and manage all strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and communications across all digital channels to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
·Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology B2B branding / digital marketing role
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
