工作內容
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in developing MORE by Morello brand image & communication in Indonesia market
- Responsible in maintaining relationship with Retailers, Brand Principal and other related party
- Responsible in preparing marketing campaign, budgeting, maintaining stock and distribution to retailers for certain brands
- Provide outstanding creative idea & strategic input to all of MORE by Morello's campaign
- Develops and support implementation of annual brand and operation plan
- Create and implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image and brand building in Indonesia market
- Monitor marketing campaign and sales performance for further development and innovation
- Conducting market research
- Prepare sales forecast and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts and adapt plans to improve the sales performance
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate the brand performance and gather customer feedback
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends and brand competitors
- Overseeing product development and design, setting prices and launching new products
- Closely working with Brand Principal & Retailers to improve brand performance in the market
- Sending sales reports, compiling sales, compiling stock data and forecast order.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business or similar subject from reputable university
- Great interest in international fashion industry, trends, and digital developments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
- Work easily and confidently in and international environment
- Ability to communicate in professional English
- Have the Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in Brand Marketing / Retail Industry is a plus
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience is also welcome to apply.
