- Develop and execute to annual strategies, objectives, marketing plans and budgets for specific product lines across different selling channels
- Lead the development of new product innovation from concept to execution, generating ideas meeting a consumer need
- Manage a cross functional team to launch projects on time and on budget
- Develop product, pricing, promotion, placement and profit strategies to optimize distribution gains, sell-through and ROI
- Measure campaign results, provide recommendations for the business and develop consumer marketing best practices for the company
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising/packaging agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in consumer packaged goods
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to transmit ideas effectively with customers, agencies, and team members in a professional manner
- Ability to use business planning, budgeting and sales forecasting in order to meet business goals and objectives, with direct budgeting and P&L responsibility
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently in the common language
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
