Tanggung Jawab Utama :
- Mengembangkan metode analisis berbasis liquid chromatography (LC). Tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk mengembangkan metode analisis gas chromatography.
- Bertujuan membuat protokol analisis yang dapat ditransfer ke departemen quality control (QC).
- Familiar dalam mengeksekusi desain eksperimen dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan analisis statistik, termasuk di dengan metode clustering dan/atau modeling.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan Min. S2, Bioteknologi / Biokimia / Kimia Analis
- Menguasai Statistics
- Paham pengoperasian HPLC, U-HPLC, dan pertimbangan-pertimbangan dalam preparasi sample protein maupun senyawa kimia.
- Paham dasar-dasar pemilihan fase diam dan fase gerak.
- Paham workflow pengembangan metode analisis.
- Berpengalaman dalam menerapkan desain eksperimen (DoE) dan prinsip-prinsip statistik dalam pengembangan metode analisis.
- Perhatian terhadap detail, Kreatif & pantang menyerah, Berpikiran terbuka & berorientasi pada self development
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur
