We are looking for a diligent individual who has the maturity to support projects implementation.
- Computer-savvy and willing to learn to use Gleematic tool
- Communicate with customers upon identifying issues within the automation program to provide swift and accurate solutions
- Open and close support tickets, input, and manage the Customer Relationship Management platform
- Build, maintain and implement Automation solutions to ease workloads and increase productivity
Requirements:
- Any Degree in Engineering, IT or other disciplines
- Coding experience in any level of any language
- Familiar with Python (beginner-intermediate)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Min. 1 year of experience
- Able to hold conversations with customers and appreciate their concerns/ requirements
- Proactive, resourceful and independent worker who can is passionate about self-learning
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup culture with minimal hand-holding
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Optional: experience/ Internships/ part-time work in software/ IT positions will be added bonus
- Optional: automation experience, machine learning knowledge, visual basic, python pandas, ERP
