工作內容
Key Areas of Responsibilities: -
- Ability to deliver great customer experience in an active environment;
- Promote sales and brand awareness and achieve monthly sales target;
- Assist customers and provide professional advice /make recommendation on their purchase;
- Attend to customer’s enquiries, troubleshoot and support customers’ complaints & feedbacks;
- Follow up on customer order to ensure proper installation and setup. Assist in installation work where necessary;
- Strong interest in technology, particularly Audio-Visual products, and agility at learning new products and features;
- Ensure merchandise and display are well-presented, pricing and products display description are accurate;
- Perform stock replenishment and housekeeping duties to ensure store is clean and tidy;
- Coordinate and execute stocktakes;
- Resolve and escalate any enquires or problems regarding operation process with the relevant parties;
- Work closely with sales team on leads generated from marketing activities to ensure successful results are achieved through campaigns;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements: -
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in a similar capacity within the Consumer Audio or IT industry is an added advantage;
- Pro active & Sales Oriented with desire to achieve;
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emailing and internet savvy;
- Excellent in communication skill – oral & written;
- Meticulous and HIGHLY responsible individuals;
- Independent, responsible, take initiatives, able to handle day to day store operations and has strong teamwork;
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results;
- Willing to learn, outgoing & enjoy interacting with customers;
- 5 days work week (44 hours per week) including weekends and Public Holidays.
