Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the Admissions Admin is responsible for ensuring all applications and documents from agents and students are well-controlled and recorded in the system, which includes: supporting to follow designated schools in time for Offer Letters, CoE, and Visa approval from the Government. The position provides management for the Admissions team and requires the ability to control the documents and the system, time management, and support the team's performance.
2. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Admissions process and system management (60%):
- Check documents received from channel partners then create new data entries in company systems for
Admissions Officers to start processing with partner Institutions.
- Follow up the timeline to make sure the applications are processed in a timely manner, ensuring the Offer Letter, CoE, and Visa updates are well managed and followed/updated by the team.
- Ensure all the application documents and status is updated precisely in the systems so Clients and other teams can get accurate information and coordinate further.
- Weekly report on the Admissions performances.
Data and document control (20%):
- Summary and store documents in the system, including admissions procedures from GSP internally and from channel partners, training material, and update information on the student admissions and Visa process.

Admissions assistance and support (20%):
- Research students’ inquiries, making recommendations regarding University policies and local admission rules that specifically affect the admission and enrollment of undergraduate students, which support Clients to finalize study plans for students.
- Frequently check to ensure all student recruitment/admissions practices comply with current internal and external admissions and quality assurance policies.
- Assistance to the Compliance Manager whenever needed to do GTE check and grammar edits in specific statements required.
3. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2 years working in Administration/ Project coordinator/ Document
- Excellent English (reading and writing), and research skills.
- Knowledge about studying overseas, and student placement is a plus.
- Familiar with working with systems and data control.
- Logical thinking, active learning.
- Good communication skills, logical thinking, active learning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and target.
