Kualifikasi :
· Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Sederajat dari segala jurusan.
· Usia 20 - 35 Tahun
· Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 (dua) tahun di bidang penjualan Retail / F & B
· Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, Jujur dan Teliti
· Optimis, ulet (persistent), pantang menyerah, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, serta mampu bekerja secara individual dan kerjasama tim.
· Memiliki ide-ide inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah dan hambatan dalam marketing & penjualan, serta mengembangkan strategi penjualan.
· Bisa menggunakan Ms. Office
Tugas dan Tanggung jawab:
· Mampu melakukan administrasi untuk membantu penjualan sales
· Mengelola hubungan yang baik dengan customer / konsumen
· Mampu bekerjasama dalam Team dan supporting data
· Melakukan input dan merekap Penjualan (sales) / surat pesanan
· Membuat laporan harian dan Mingguan serta bulanan
· Membuat laporan dan update sisa stock penjualan unit dengan team sales
· Follow up & Verifikasi kelengkapan data konsumen
· Follow up pengiriman order tepat waktu dan tidak salah
· Menguasai, mahir menggunakan & berjualan di berbagai marketplace seperti: Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee, BliBli, dan lainnya.
· Melaporkan dan merekonsiliasi semua penjualan online sales /offline sales dan aktifitas harian.
