Job description for Admin Executive at Lumens Pte Ltd
- Support and assist Lumens Group on administrative work.
- Prepare contracts and assist customers on contracts signing.
- Monitor and upkeep customer data in a timely and organised manner.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Prevent disputes by ensuring accuracy of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Company processes.
- Any other administrative duties as required
- Must be able to commit 5.5 day work week
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
- A level/Diploma in any discipline awarded by reputable college
- Customer oriented, good written and verbal communication skills
- Well verse in excel skill
