Administrative Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maximum 32 years old
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, having at least 1 year experience is a plus
- Minimum D3 graduate from Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Able to use ERP support software
- Familiar with using google drive and google sheet (including formulas in it)
- Understand how to record or book a company
- Have good time management
- Having a certification in the field of taxation is a plus
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of company data

Responsibilities and Job Description :
- Identify and record the company's financial transactions into accounting software correctly and ensure that all transaction data is recorded in the system and according to standards
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (profit and loss statements and balance sheets)
- Make cash flow reports and control the company's expenses and income.
- Provide financial information for all departments within the company
- Collect and analyze data for future company financial forecasting
- Conduct internal financial audits to ensure financial standards are implemented
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure the suitability of the company's cash balance.
- Doing documentation of all company financial transactions both online and offline
