- Planning, concepting, budgeting hingga eksekusi campaign setiap bulan (event, live, kolaborasi, challenge, KOL, dll)
- Koordinasi dengan pihak lain (internal / eksternal) agar campaign berjalan lancar
- Memaksimalkan semua media & saluran penjualan yang ada, untuk mendatangkan customer baru dan menjalin komunikasi dengan customer lama
- Mengeksplorasi ide-ide baru dari kompetitor / industri lain / kreasi sendiri
- Memahami cara komunikasi, psikologis dan kebutuhan target market
- Menganalisa & evaluasi efektivitas marketing campaign yang telah dijalankan
- Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di bidang marketing
- Terbiasa membuat event & campaign terutama online
- Kreatif dalam menghasilkan ide dan konsep baru
- Suka berhubungan dengan pihak luar dan punya kemampuan koordinasi yang baik
- Punya manajemen waktu dan bisa mendistribusikan kerjaan dengan baik
- Pembelajar, suka mencoba hal baru, mengikuti bahkan bisa menciptakan tren
- Berani tampil di depan kamera dan bisa menjadi pembawa acara
- Lulusan terkait Komunikasi, Broadcasting atau Marketing Digital diutamakan
- Punya pengalaman menjadi Project Manager / di bidang Konten / Live Host adalah nilai tambah
